Madeline Leigh Jones is a family lawyer serving clients throughout Windsor-Essex. She is committed to providing practical, and compassionate legal representation during some of life's most challenging transitions.
Madeline earned her Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor in 2025, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026. During law school, she developed a strong interest in advocacy and access to justice, with a particular focus on family law, child protection, and the rights of persons with disabilities.
During law school, Madeline worked at the Mental Health Justice Clinic at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto. She also served as a student intern to Professor Laverne Jacobs in her role as a member of the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Geneva, Switzerland. Madeline also completed a research externship with Professor Gemma Smith, focusing on the implementation and interpretation of the federal legislation, An Act Respecting First Nations, Inuit and Métis Children, Youth and Families.
Prior to establishing her practice, Madeline completed her articles with Christopher G. Knowles, Barrister & Solicitor, where she gained experience in a wide range of matters, including separation and divorce, parenting disputes, child and spousal support, property division, and child protection proceedings. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and is dedicated to helping clients navigate the legal process with confidence and clarity.
Madeline understands that every family is unique. She takes a client-focused approach, working closely with clients to develop practical solutions while providing strong advocacy when litigation becomes necessary.
